Service App Access

The Service App is a must-have tool for all dealers to help expedite diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs.
This app should be available to dealer field technicians and service team members so they can run diagnostics on robots either in the field or in the shop. It allows the service team to quickly identify issues and provide the information needed to move repairs forward faster.

Many times, the dealer support line will ask for a diagnostic report from the Service App before they are able to fully assist with an issue. Having the app set up ahead of time helps avoid delays and keeps service moving.
